everything you share with the people who matter
one page per person — what you owe them, what they owe you, and every note, plan and habit they're part of
the human problem
The people in your life are spread across a dozen places: a promise in a chat, a birthday in a calendar, a follow-up on a sticky note, the reason you were calling in a note you can't find. Contacts apps know their number, not the thread you share. So the small promises slip, and the people who matter most get whatever attention is left over.
why it feels different
one page for each person
Each person gets a page that gathers everything linked to them: the tasks you're doing for them and the ones they're delivering to you, habits like a weekly call, and the notes, mindmaps and lists they're part of.
link them from anywhere
Link People from any card's menu, a task, a habit or a note — tick several at once, and each change saves straight away. Select a handful of cards and link them to someone in one go, with an Undo if you change your mind.
one person, every name
Add the names they go by and their email addresses, so ‘Jen’, ‘Jenny Park’ and her work address all point to the same person. When you add someone new, Xale asks whether they're someone you already know.
relationships and circles
Tag each person by relationship — spouse, child, parent, friend, colleague, or your own — and filter the list by relationship or area of life, so the right circle is a tap away.
events and projects, togetherPRO
Link people to the events you share and the projects you're working on together, and their page shows those too, alongside their meetings and captures.
how people actually use it
everyday life
the weekly call
a habit linked to Dad, so the call has a home and the things to tell him collect on his page
the birthday
the gift idea, the booking and the card, all linked to the person they're for
the shared house
who's fixing what, who owes what, and the notes from the last house meeting
work
the 1:1
what you promised them, what they owe you, and last week's notes — open before the meeting starts
the client
every deliverable, call note and follow-up for one client on one page
how it compares
personal CRMs
Clay, Dex, Monica
- where they're good
- contact details, keep-in-touch reminders, enriched profiles
- where it stalls
- a database of people, kept apart from the tasks, plans and notes your day actually runs on
- the Xale difference
- people are linked to the work you already keep, so their page fills itself as you go
contacts apps
Google Contacts, Apple Contacts
- where they're good
- phone numbers, addresses, syncing across devices
- where it stalls
- they know how to reach someone, not what you owe each other
- the Xale difference
- a person's page is the thread you share, not their phone number
